· Orders placed on Friday evenings, weekends, or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

We ship across Pakistan by Postex  courier services:


Estimated delivery times after your order is shipped:

· Within Major Cities: 2-3 business days
· To Other Cities/Rural Areas: 3-5 business days

Delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, transportation delays, or public holidays. We are not responsible for these delays once the order has been handed over to the courier service.
3. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your jewelry to ensure it arrives safely.However, if your package appears to be damaged upon delivery, please refuse acceptance or note the damage with the courier agent before accepting.
If your package is lost in transit by the courier service,we will file a claim and either reship your order or provide a refund once the claim is verified. Please contact us immediately if you face such an issue.
